Bella, a five-year-old Spotted Draft mare, finally arrived at home after seven months of boarding next door at Springfield Farm Stables.
Bella arrived at Monpelier from Ohio. Laura found her on an equestrian Website, DreamHorse.com and took a gamble and bought her site unseen – though after much communication with the owner and viewing photos and videos.
She is a real sweetheart! She is not “mare-ish” in the least and is a quick-learner.
Laura takes her on trail rides and is introducing her to Dressage.
